Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                 
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 335(FIN) An Act relating to big                      
game guides and transporters; and providing for an effective date              
be taken up.

Senator Duncan moved that the Senate return to second reading for              
the purpose of rescinding its previous action in failing to adopt              
Amendment No. 1 (page 3201).  Senator Halford objected, then                   
withdrew his objection.  There being no further objections, the bill           
was returned to second reading.                                                
                                                                               
Senator Duncan moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in            
failing to adopt Amendment No. 1.  Senator Phillips objected.                  
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate rescind its previous action in            
failing to adopt Amendment No. 1?  The roll was taken with the
